- iMvula / Medical & Healthcare Logistics Pty (Ltd) is registered as a Wholesale/Distributor Pharmacy Business
- Medicines Control Council (MCC)
- iMvula / Medical & Healthcare Logistics Pty (Ltd) has a License to act as a Wholesaler of Medicines
- By abiding to the followings acts, rules and guides:
- Medicines and Related Substances Control Act - Act 101 of 1965
- Pharmacy Act 53 OF 1974
- South African Pharmacy Council Ethical Rules
- Guide to Good Manufacturing Practice for Medicines in South Africa (GMP)
- Good Manufacturing Practice / Good Warehouse Practice is the part of Quality Assurance which is aimed at ensuring that products are consistently manufactured, handled, stored and delivered in a quality appropriate manner for their intended use.
